La banda liderada per Bradford Cox publica el seu quart treball en estudi el proper 28 de setembre. El disc pora per títol Halcyon Digest, del qual ja hem pogut escoltar Revival i Helicopter.
Turn It Up Faggot, Cryptograms, Microcastle/Weird Era Cont. completen la discografia de Deerhunter. El líder i vocalista del grup Bradford Cox havia estat centrat en el projecte paral·lel Atlas Sound, amb qui va presentar Let the Blind Lead Those Who Can See but Cannot Feel (2008) i Logos (2009). D’altra banda, Lockett Pundt, guitarra de Deerhunter, havia publicat sota el nom de Lotus Plaza l’àlbum The Floodlight Collective (2009).
